Delete your account

1. Sign in on the MAACTO website or app.
2. Go to Settings → Delete account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

If you have a booking that's still active, cancel it from My Requests or wait until it's completed first. Can't sign in? Email info@rushyendra.com from your registered email address and we'll delete it within 7 days.

Provider accounts are closed by MAACTO on request, because client work, payouts and professional records are involved. Use Settings → Close provider account, or email info@rushyendra.com. We hand over any ongoing work, settle pending payouts and confirm by email, usually within 15 working days.

• Your name, email address, phone number, profile photo and profile details.
• Your ability to sign in with that account.

• Booking, payment, refund and invoice records, without your contact details, for up to 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law.
• Messages and documents exchanged for a booking, where needed to resolve disputes or meet legal obligations.
• For Maactors, verification and interview records for the period stated in our Privacy Policy.
