Service Delivery Policy

MAACTO, operated by Rushyendra Technologies and Services Private Limited, provides accounting, tax and compliance services. These are professional services delivered by a Maactor at your location. No physical goods are sold or shipped.
1. How a booking is delivered
- You book a service, enter the address for the visit and choose a date and start time. The time needed is set from your answers.
- We assign a verified Maactor who is free at that time, including travel to you. You see their name in My Requests and receive an email.
- The Maactor contacts you through MAACTO messages to collect documents and confirm details.
- Finished work (for example reports, reconciled books, filing acknowledgements) is shared in your MAACTO account and by email.
2. Timelines
Most bookings are assigned within minutes and started at your appointment. Completion time depends on the service and on receiving complete documents from you. Statutory filings are planned to meet the government due date when your documents arrive in time.
If we can't assign a Maactor for your chosen slot, we will offer another slot or a full refund under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
3. Where we serve
Visits are currently available in Hyderabad. Documents and finished work are also shared through your MAACTO account.
