Terms of Service

MAACTO lets individuals and businesses (“Customers”) book accounting, tax and compliance services at a price shown upfront. We assign each booking to a professional who has been verified and interviewed by us (a “Maactor”), and we manage the booking, communication and payment through MAACTO.

Maactors are independent professionals, not our employees. We verify their identity, qualifications and documents and assess them before they can receive work, but each Maactor is responsible for the professional work they carry out.

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract under Indian law.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Keep your login secure and tell us at once at info@rushyendra.com if you think someone else has used it.
• One person or business per account. Don't create accounts for someone else without their permission.

• Each service shows a price based on the scope you choose (for example, transaction volume or number of GSTINs). The price you confirm at booking is the price you pay for that scope.
• If the work turns out to be larger than the scope you selected, we will tell you the revised price before any extra work begins. You can accept it or cancel under our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
• Government fees, statutory late fees, interest and penalties charged by any authority are not included in the service price. They are payable by you.
• Your preferred date and time slot is a request. We confirm the appointment when a Maactor is assigned.

• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). Service prices are shown before GST. GST at 18% is added when you book, and the total shown before you confirm (service price + GST) is the exact amount charged.
• Payments are processed by our payment partner (Razorpay). We do not store your card, UPI or bank login details.
• A booking is confirmed once payment succeeds. We send a receipt to your registered email.
• Pay only through MAACTO. Payments made directly to a Maactor are not covered by these terms, our refund policy or our support.

• Provide complete, accurate and lawful information and documents on time.
• You remain responsible for your own tax and statutory compliance, including reviewing and approving returns and filings before they are submitted, and for the accuracy of the information you provided.
• Share login credentials for government portals only when needed for the service, and change them after the work is done.
• Don't ask a Maactor to do anything unlawful, misleading or against professional standards.

• To join, you must complete registration, document verification and our interview. We may approve, reject or suspend a profile at our discretion, including based on interview results.
• You must hold the qualifications you claim, keep your documents current, and follow applicable professional and legal standards.
• Keep Customer information confidential and use it only to deliver the booked service.
• Don't take MAACTO Customers off the platform. For 12 months after an introduction through MAACTO, all work for that Customer must be booked through MAACTO.
• Payouts for completed work are made to the bank or UPI account you register with us, after any applicable fees and taxes.

You agree not to:

• break any law, or use MAACTO for fraud, money laundering or tax evasion;
• upload anything harmful, false, or that you don't have the right to share;
• try to access other people's accounts or data, or interfere with MAACTO's security or operation;
• copy, scrape or resell MAACTO's content or services without our written permission;
• harass or abuse Customers, Maactors or our team.

You keep ownership of documents and content you upload. You give us permission to store, process and share it with the assigned Maactor and our service providers only as needed to deliver MAACTO. Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience; we may remove reviews or messages that break these terms.

The MAACTO name, logo, website and apps belong to Rushyendra Technologies and Services Private Limited. You may not use them without our permission.

• We aim to keep MAACTO available and accurate but provide it “as is”. We don't guarantee a particular outcome from any authority (for example, a refund amount or an assessment result).
• To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a booking is limited to the amount you paid MAACTO for that booking. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses caused by incorrect or late information from you.
• Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

You can stop using MAACTO and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to info@rushyendra.com. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Bookings already paid for are handled under our refund policy.

We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we will tell you by email or in the app before it applies. Continuing to use MAACTO after that means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. If it can't be resolved, the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
