Cancellation & Refund Policy

You can cancel from My Requests on the website or app, or by emailing info@rushyendra.com. The refund depends on when you cancel:

For bookings marked “as soon as possible”, the 24-hour window counts from the time the Maactor was assigned.

If the work is larger than the scope you selected, we tell you the revised price before doing the extra work. If you don't accept it, you can cancel and receive a refund for any work not yet done.

Tell us within 7 days of delivery. If the work doesn't match the booked scope or has errors on our side, we will correct it at no extra cost. If we can't fix it, we will refund the affected part of the price.

• Government fees, statutory late fees, interest or penalties paid to any authority on your behalf.
• Delays or penalties caused by information or documents provided late or incorrectly.
• Payment-gateway charges on bookings cancelled after work has started, where the law allows.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay.
• Refunds include the GST charged on the refunded amount. Percentages above apply to the total you paid (service price + GST).
• We start the refund within 2 working days of approval. Your bank usually credits it within 5–7 working days.
• We email you when the refund is started, with the reference number.
